About the Pioneers

Izak, born in Zimbabwe, schooled in Cape Town, South Africa, met Ilan in 1977, and married in 1981 after completing his CA degree through The University of South Africa. After completing his articles with a company of auditors, he ventured into the import/export business. He has 40 years of experience in many worldwide food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and general commodities imports and exports.

Conversely, Ilan is the daughter of a wine farmer in the Worcester area, Western Cape, South Africa. She has run various businesses, including a clothing factory, a successful property real estate company, and a marketing company.

Meanwhile, Antoinette runs the South African company, controls all the outgoing inventory, and looks after our suppliers and customers in South Africa.
